Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy * A valid credit card is required to secure appointments * Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking. Payment can be made after your service using your preferred method. Your card will only be charged in cases of violation of our Cancellation & No-Show Policy (see below). Cancellation & No-Show Policy * We kindly ask that you give 24 hours notice prior to cancellations or rescheduling. You are allowed 2 reschedules before charges are made, 50% of the service charge will be applied after 2 reschedules. * Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subjected to a 50% charge of the scheduled service cost. * No-shows will be charged 75% of the service price to the card on file. * 2 No call, no-shows will result in a ban from future bookings, unless a deposit is received in advance. Your credit card information is stored securely and used only is accordance with this policy.
