Service dates are not able to be fully secured more than 1 year in advance. A "soft hold" may be placed for a temporary hold.

To fully secure the date, a contract must be signed and any deposits required must be paid. A deposit of 25% is required for all bridal parties. Deposits are non-refundable unless contract is terminated by Boji BAE Studio, LLC due to an emergency, illness or other reason beyond control.

A setup fee is required for all bridal parties requesting services to be performed outside of Boji BAE Studio. Additional mileage charges may be added and vary based on location.

An early AM fee may also be imposed on services performed before 8:00am (at $50/hr rate)

After the contract is agreed upon and signed, no additional makeup applications may be added.

After booking, if cancellation is required, you will not be charged any additional fees other than required deposit 

​

All final invoices must be paid in full before the date of services. Unpaid invoices may result in termination of services.

If any members of the bridal party cancel services at the last minute for non-emergency reasons, the amount due for services is still owed. No refunds will be given.
